Link to a YouTube moment
Copy a link that requests playback from a chosen time. It sets the start only; the video can continue after that moment.
Use a watch URL, youtu.be link or embed URL. The embedded player must load before you can select or copy a timestamp, even when entering the time manually. If it cannot load, learn how to build a timestamp link manually.
Load a video to choose a timestamp.
Keep the moment with a note
Save clips with notes and tags in a Klipse library, then group them into playlists. Saving requires an account; this selection is not transferred automatically.

How do I create a timestamp link?
Press Load video, then use Mark current time or enter hours, minutes and seconds and press Set. Choose Short URL or Full URL, then Copy. The player needs to load before you can select a time.
What does a timestamp URL look like?
For 1:23, this tool produces https://youtu.be/VIDEO_ID?t=83 or https://youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID&t=83s. It requests a start time only; playback can continue after that moment.
Will the link start at exactly that time?
YouTube may start slightly before the requested time. The destination app or browser can also affect how the link opens. Test the copied link where you intend to share it.
Which URLs can I load?
Use a youtube.com/watch?v=… URL, a youtu.be short link, or a youtube.com/embed/… URL. Shorts and live-page URL formats are not supported by this tool. The video must be available in the embedded player to select a time here.
